General Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds on any purchases made on CRAMMIT, including subscription plans and Token packages, except where required by applicable law.

We encourage You to review the features of each plan or Token package carefully before completing a purchase. If You have any questions about what is included, please contact Us via the contact page before buying.

Subscription Plans

No Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. This applies to both initial purchases and automatic renewals.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel Your subscription at any time through Your Account settings. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

Access Until End of Billing Period

When You cancel, Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. You will continue to have full access to all subscription benefits until the end of Your current paid billing period.

Token Purchases

No Refunds

All Token purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, Tokens will be credited to Your Account and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation.

Tokens Never Expire

Tokens purchased on CRAMMIT do not expire. Once credited to Your Account, they remain available for use indefinitely for as long as Your Account is active.

Account Closure

Any unused Tokens remaining in Your Account at the time of account closure or termination will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances at Our sole discretion, such as:

  • A duplicate charge resulting from a technical error
  • An unauthorized transaction reported promptly to Us and Your payment provider
  • Where required by applicable consumer protection law in Your jurisdiction

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If You believe a charge is incorrect, We ask that You contact Us first via the contact page before initiating a dispute or chargeback with Your bank or card issuer. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in the immediate suspension or termination of Your Account.
